This fantastic yellow long wheelbase T4 bus came into the MAD workshop standard panel van.
You can see the steps we take when installing Volkswagen factory style OEM windows into panel vans.
The van is masked up to protect the finish of the vehicle during installation. The window apertures are carefully measured and marked up to ensure a perfect fit.
Once the cutting is done the fresh window apertures in the panels are rebonded, as per original factory installation.
The new window glass is prepared and aligned and only when we are 100% happy is the new glass bonded into position.
We then arranged a specialist window tinting company Tintaglass to apply a dark tint protective film to all four of the new rear windows.
